City light boxes
We faced the challenge of increasing brand awareness among both locals and visitors in Batumi, in a city saturated with competing messages.
To maximize visibility, we selected a premium location near the main shopping mall - a high-traffic area surrounded by popular restaurants, casinos, clubs, and commercial centres.
Instead of spreading placements across the city, we focused on one powerful zone to build strong frequency, memorability, and consistent brand presence where attention naturally concentrates.
3D Visualisation
For the 3D direction, our goal was to present the project’s architecture, surrounding environment, and brand identity with a highly photorealistic approach. We focused on premium visual quality, realistic lighting, refined materials, and a carefully crafted mood to reflect the project’s positioning.
The result was not just visualization, but an immersive atmosphere that communicates scale, lifestyle, and brand value.
Buknari - Social Media Content
For Buknari by Lisi Development, our main objective was to preserve the brand’s unique style, atmosphere, and natural environment. The communication focused on highlighting the surrounding nature, its calm rhythm and authentic mood — not overpowering it, but amplifying it.
At the same time, we ensured consistency with the existing marketing campaigns, extending and strengthening the established visual and emotional identity across all channels.
Digital Ads
For Buknari by Lisi Development, our digital strategy focused on quality over volume, targeting precise audiences and optimising based on lead quality, not just cost.
Creatively, we strictly preserved the brand’s visual identity, typography, and tone. We avoided aggressive sales messaging and visual noise, choosing calm, premium storytelling that highlights nature, lifestyle, and atmosphere - ensuring performance without compromising brand style.
Reels
For Tonino Lamborghini Tower Batumi, we created reels that reflect the project’s strong mood, refined style, and luxury vibe. The visuals were , polished, and brand-driven, aligned with the identity and energy of Tonino Lamborghini.
The focus was on presenting exclusivity, status, and premium lifestyle in a confident and modern way — without overcomplicating the storytelling.
Campaign "Author"
Author of Batumi Island” repositioned FK Development as the visionary creator behind the project - not just a builder, but the one shaping its identity and future.
Using authorship as a metaphor, the campaign shifted focus from technical details to vision, legacy, and ownership of the idea. The island was presented as a story being written - bold, ambitious, and intentionally designed.
This elevated FK Development from a market player to the creative force behind Batumi Island.
